Kolektor Synatec at the Amper fair in the Czech Republic
One of the biggest fairs of electrotechnics and electronics Amper 2013 was held in March in Brno, Czech Republic. Kolektor Synatec with its representation in Brno participated in the fair as well.
The purpose of this fair is to present new technologies, automated process control, mechatronic components, i.e. products that Kolektor Synatec markets and develops in the Czech Republic. Besides the program of equipment and custom-made automation products, solutions and equipment for machine vision Kolektor Vision were presented to numerous visitors.
Roman Weixler, economic consultant at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Prague, who also visited the exhibition booth of Kolektor Synatec, believes that there are many business opportunities for Slovene companies in the Czech Republic. Besides the sectors where Slovene companies are traditionally well represented, i.e. pharmacy, electronics, construction, metal products industry and logistics, good opportunities for cooperation are possible also in the field of automotive industry, mechanical engineering, new or high technologies, ICT, food industry and wine trade, and tourism. “Despite of unfavorable economic situation in both countries, trade between Slovenia and Czech Republic has reached record values. I believe that there is a potential for further growth, so it would be great if as many Slovene companies as possible recognized and took the opportunity at the Czech market, so that the good reputation that Slovene products have in “traditional branches” in Czech Republic would spread to other branches as well,” explains Weixler.
Kolektor Synatec presented itself at the Amper fair for the third time already. With regard to the decrease of fair activities in general, this fair left a good impression as regards international participation of exhibitors and the number of visitors.
